Follower Appreciation Give-Away

************************ UPDATE ************************

Thanks to the services of random.org, the random winner of my Follower Appreciation Give-away is:
Number 11!!

Number 11 is Charlotte!

I've already dropped her a note letting her know that she's won and hope to have her chore chart in the mail to her so she can have it by Christmas!

Many thanks to everyone that entered! I'll be having another give-away at 400 followers. I'm already a good step toward that milestone, so be sure to watch for the next give-away!

************************ UPDATE ************************

Holy Christmas, Batman! I turned around and just noticed I'm at 300 followers! Yippee~!

I've decided to celebrate by hosting a give-away!

For my last give-away, I offered a set of custom embroidered wooden name blocks. To enter, I just asked participants to leave a comment telling me which of my tutorials they liked best, and what they would want me to offer for my next give-away. Well, Staci at Craftity-It was my winner, and she voted for the Ice Cream Chore chart for my next give-away. It think that's a perfect idea as this would make a great Christmas present!

Will it make the chores more fun? Perhaps not, but at least it might motivate your little one to do them.

Each scoop is machine-embroidered, with a vinyl slot in the back for holding the name of chore, and magnets on the inside for ease of use by little hands.

So if you'd like to try winning one of these, just leave a comment on this post, something about the site, positive or negative, and maybe what you'd like me to give away next time. If you're not already a follower, I would REALLY appreciate you becoming one, and you'll expedite the next give-away in the process!

Thanks for visiting!!! And good luck! The winner will be picked by random number on December 10th. (Please be sure I have a way to contact you!)

And be sure to check out the endless list of inspirational ideas at my home page childmade.com.

  7. I love all the ideas on your site, and all the links. I have a hard time navigating, though.

I've been meaning to make an ice cream chore chart for my 4&7 year old girls. I thought if I gave them each a cone and only one of each ice cream, they might get a little competitive about their favorite flavors and get more chores done!
